I am trying to grow back bacteria at 37 C in plate reader over time. It is not an endpoint assays so I am not sure how can I manage this. I don't want to contaminate the machine also my sample taking the lid off.

So I been digging but could not find enough information about breathable membrane that can be used with spectrophotometric assay.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
