I want to isolation the epithelial and the stromal cells of the mice endometrium (Mus musculus)

and I'd like to know, how to get the cells?

could u tell me the protocol for the isolation of the cells?

maybe I get some cells, but it can't attach to the flask,

how we can attach the cells?

I have tried it, according to some techniques in some papers, but I can't get it..

Please help me to solve this..
