To perform a methylation specific PCR one has to treat the DNA with bisulfite. But are there any standard measurable ways to determine to how much extent the conversion of unmethylated Cytosine to Uracil happened at the end of treatment.

this is a good question
i think, we can use HPLC or LCMS to quantify each nucleotide ( after the digestion of treated DNA ).
but i think you are looking for simpler approach .

Yes ofcourse I just wanted to know if there are any standard procedures during bisulfite treatment which will give 100 % efficiency in nucleotide conversion. or else if there is any co relation between DNA content at the start of the treatment to that of the procedure so as to achieve maximum efficiency.
Yes any simpler procedures should be better than the above mentioned .
