My query is 

I do know that we can determine the methylation status of a dna sample using Real Time PCR (Whether it is Methylated or Un methylated) but is there any method to determine hypomethylation or hypermethylation state using Real TIme PCR alone. ie with out doing sequencing of the PCR product.
