I want to create an effect of a rotating electric field by applying time-varying voltage on electrodes. My electrodes are circular but divided into 4 quadrants, such that in each quadrant the voltage is shifted by a phase difference of 90 degrees. I see that the ES-PIC solver only allows to set static voltages. Is there any way to put the RF bias on top of the DC voltage?
