Why is there a difference in twiss parameters with MADX and PTC tracking simulations?

I am trying to estimate the twiss parameters in the PTC tracking module in MADX. However, when I compare the twiss parameters there is a huge difference between the two. The machine periodicity is maintained in the PTC results however the amplitude of the BETA function is quite large and not comparable to the ones obtained by MADX.

I have attached two images for the comparison.

Any comments or suggestions?
