How the software is better for linkage disequilibrium with only SNPs data in the excel sheet?

I have SNPs information for 10 loci of a gene and not the sequence in FASTA. Which software is better in such situation when I have only SNPs call in the excel sheet?

Hi! Another choice could be Arlequin 3.5. The excel file is not suitable for inputting data, but input file is easy to construct. The program includes two algorithms which you can use for estimating haplotypes. In addition, the program creates haplotype file which you can use further sttistical testing. Have fun!
