How should we proceed to inoculate plants with each other during the plant tissue culture stage?

Which sterile adhesive or holder can be used? In my opinion, I can use a few drop plant-agar medium on scion and rootstock for grafting. What are your comments or suggestions?

Your question seems very interesting. Solidified agar medium will do enough for grafting..
