Hello everyone!

I am trying to detect NIK, the upstream regulator of the non-canonical NF-kb in breast cancer and myeloma cells through WBs. It has been very difficult to detect, I was told by some researchers by using mg132 to stop the proteasome I could detect it. Does anyone have any suggestions on treatment time and concentration for this purpose? MG132 is specially toxic for myeloma cells, So any suggestions for other drugs or treatment specificities would be much appreciated
