I'm using 96 well plates for my cells and want to measure cell number, viability, dry/fresh weight, etc. in them. I need to let the cells grow for a week but do you think it's possible to measure all parameters in each plate? For cell number possibly I can't do it every day. But, even at the end of the week how can I measure all parameters together? What I'm thinking is that when I use the plate for one parameter, it can't be used for the other.
I would be grateful if you let me know how to handle this.

The only solution I see, is to run identical plates in parallel with the same inoculum, and determine the parameters taking one plate for each one in a kind of clonal experiment. You have to make sure that conditions are identical, because some of your methods are destructive. Good luck.
Do you have access to an incucyte for measuring cell proliferation in real time? This could get rid of one of you end points, then something along the lines of (3x plates replicates) one row for viability by TiterGlo/Trypan, one row dry weight etc.
Personally I would rather run 3 plates in parallel and use each for each end point than see one plate per endpoint. That way the 3x plates act as an extra internal control and gives you more confidence in each of your results.
