How many CXCR5 single positive CD4 T cells are normally present in Spleen/LNs of non-immune mice?

Hi all,

Does anyone know approximately what percentage of CD4 T cells in the Spleen/LNs of non-immune mice are CXCR5 single positive? I know in the Peyer's Patches a high percentage of CD4s are Tfhs (double pos. for CXCR5 and PD-1). Thanks for your input.

I found that ~9% of CD4+CD62L-CD44+ T cells expresses CXCR5 in spleen of healthy BALB/c mice using Ab from BD, cat # 551959. I hope this helps.
