How long should I co-culture activated macrophages and naive T cells to assess the ability of macrophages to activate T cells?

I am stimulating macrophages with LPS for 24hrs prior to co-culturing with T cells in a 1:10 ratio (1 macrophage: 10 T cells).

Typically 2-4 days are required to fully activate T cells by macrophages.
