Hello, even though 7 days have passed since we thawed the newly ordered cells, they are still in a round shape structure. We are using Lonza EBM-2 and we supplemented the media with:

Fetal Bovine Serum (5%)

Penicillin-Streptomycin (1%)

Hydrocortisone (1.4μM)

Acid Ascorbic (5μg.mL-1)

Chemically Defined Lipid Concentrate (1%)

HEPES (10mM)

bFGF (1ng.mL-1 )

Is it normal that they still don't get in shape? Is there anything you can suggest?
