i did dmen for caco 2 cells, but it is a litle orange/yellow, and mi culture was a litle slow growing (not like my other culture growing in another medium) so, i think that maybe de ph of the medium is to acid, what do you think?
caco2 is a slowly growing line. Passing once a week (1/10) for it is ok
Is the medium always yellow/ orange or just in the incubator? Have you check your incubator CO2 concentration?

my medium is always orange, i know that the normal DMEN should be red, i put dmen, penicilinun-streptomicin, non escencial aminoacids, glutamine and calf bovine serum, maybe i am missing some buffer, or some bicarbonate
no! i will look foward for the protocol of ATCC, an yway, i have 1 L of newly orange dmen and it will be a shame if i trow it away (a shamne in the first world, here it is a crime), and i will try to fix them
