once agine I need your hepl. I am looking for the good method for acclimation of Paeonia to greenhouse/fild condition.In the most scientific papers the authors gave information that the survival rate of plants after transfer to ex vitro was very low. Mayby somebody know the solution for this problem....

In vitro plantlets with well developed roots were removed from the rooting medium and washed thoroughly with double distilled water to remove the traces of agar solidified medium. They were carefully planted in glass jam bottles /polyvinyl glasses filled with autoclaved vermiculite, perlite and cocopeat mixture (1:1:1) and watered with double distilled water. The plants were initially kept under high humidity for 2 weeks in growth chambers with mouth of the bottle polyvinyl glass closed. Plants were watered with ¼ MS solution without organics and CaCl2. After 2 weeks, humidity inside bottles/polyvinyl glasses was gradually reduced and then plantlets transferred to small pots containing soil, well decomposed farmyard manure and sand (1:1:1) for acclimatization.
