hello everyone
I want to simulate the evaporation for one of two fluids (evaporation water mixed with oil) pass through horizontal cylinder.
The boiling point temperature for the oil is higher than the water.
I can do the boiling for the single fluid but not for this case.
please, can any one tell me how this case perform?

Previous to solve your problem it is necessary to know the physical state or the system: Is the system water droplets disperse in oil?; or is the system oil droplets disperse in water?.

You have to define two mass transfer evaporation-condensation mechanism and then you specify the saturation temperature of your fluids. I think that it would work.
