I did CFD modeling of a condensation of water via fluent. why am I not getting a completely liquid phase adjacent the wall? I get a low percentage of the liquid there. if you look to the labels of the figures attached, the red color have concentration of the liquid phase for 4.53e-04, which is very low.
regarding to the mesh, I did a very thin layer adjacent the wall

How many inflation layers you had near the wall? It could be a meshing issue.

I did the inflation with 1e-6 m of the first layer. it is very thin.
and I changed the condensation frequency, I got the different results with same problem.
please if any one have another idea, let shear it with as.
One inflation layer is not enough, you need to have more. You need enough in number and thickness per layer to capture the curvature of the velocity profile.
Also, check the operating conditions, maybe steam wont condense fully at the system temperature and pressure.
