We just had fungal contamination. The incubator is named "thermo forma series II water jacketed CO2 incubator hepa class 100". Since this incubator can't not be autocleaved by itself, also we had sterilized the clapboard before, but these fungal contaminations come back again. Does anyone have a better idea?

Does your incubator not have a heat sterilization program?
You might also check that you used the proper disinfectant for your purpose, and that the contamination does not come from somewhere else.

thanks for your advice. yes, we incubator does not have a autoclaved program, it's awkward. we usually use alcohol to disinfectant the inner surface, it seems it is not that helpful. I plan to look for some SOPs to see if there exists a better way.

I think the incubation temperature between F˚98-90, but the temperature F˚6 / 97, as well as relative humidity in the air 28-15Drsd high (5 to 30 times the air flow per hour), concentration carbon dioxide up to 03/0% and 20% oxygen concentration is high.
