What's the different between soluble ova and latex-bed ova in dendritic cells research?

In some research, some researchers used both soluble OVA and latex-bed coated OVA in dendritic cells antigen loading, and they had different effect on T cell stimulation. I would like to know their different roles in dendritic cells antigen processing. Thanks a lot!
