How do you use Myostatin inhibitors in-vitro?

I am trying to design an in-vitro experiment with Myostatin inhibitor (ACE-031), but there are only in-vivo references available (0.1-3mg/kg wt). Have anyone had calibrated the dosage for in-vitro study?
