I'm trying to find a solvent/liquid that will cause minimal oxidation to any surfaces it is applied to, and to suspended micro/nanoparticles.
The solutes I wish to use may include CTAB, citric acid, ascorbic acid and potentially others, though any information on which solvents have very low oxygen absorbtion will be appreciated even if unsuitable for the above solutes, as it may be possible to use other solutes.

All these solutes are water soluble, so do not try to change it. Instead purge the solution with nitrogen to minimize the oxygen content and lower the temperature.
All those solutes are also soluble in a wide range of organic and inorganic solvents - some of which I expect must have lower oxygen absorption than water.
I'm not trying to change any unchangeable facts here - water is one of an endless array of solvents, and starting with the right one is hugely preferable to me than starting with the wrong one.
