For an experiment to test the effect of an inhibitor on the action of carbonic anhydrase we used a pH indicator to calculate the time taken for the solution to change colour at different volumes of carbonic anhydrase and made a time vs volume graph. Which makes a linear trendline with a negative slope of -46.71.
Then, we calculated the time taken for the solution to change colour when different concentrations of an inhibitor were added and made a time vs concentration graph of this. This makes a linear trendline with a positive slope of 50.12.
How can I calculate % of inhibition in this type of experiment?
