The attached file is an article whose authors seem to have what you want, though I don't think it's from a peer-reviewed publication. And the link takes you to an article by Nancy Andreason and colleagues that appeared in Biological Psychiatry (a good journal) in 2010. One of these should help.
Thank you. It seems that the dose equivalents of the long-acting injectable second generation antipsychotics have not been published, or, it is possible that I can't find the right article. In the document you recomended, by Woods S, there is a system to change from long-acting to oral and then to Clorpromazine equivalents. I'am sure it is a solution for my problem. Thank's again.
My guess is that it's harder to calculate equivalent doses because one has to know how long the interval will be between injections, and this may vary a bit from one doctor to another. Maybe if there is good literature on the depot versions of older antipsychotics (Haldol or Prolixin) and how they relate to oral versions, dosage-wise, it would be helpful? Anyway - good luck with the project!
