For reconstitute TGF-Beta it can be purified recombinant human TGF-beta 1as an extremely hydrophobic protein that adheres strongly to surfaces. For conformation its recovery it can be reconstituted at 20 μg/mL in sterile 4 mM HCl containing 1 mg/mL human or bovine serum albumin.
