u drawn the design in ansys no need to convert in IGES . select the materials properties and use global mesh to mesh elements -use all area

When you import a geometry it is a good idea to heal the model first: eliminate duplicate elements, free nodes, see everything is properly connected, others. Then, you can use the auto mesher in LS-Prepost and correct it where is needed.
