I want to know the maximum strain rate limit for closed cell aluminum foam, beyond this limit there is no strain rate effects to aluminum foam. That means, on which range of strain rate exhibits strain rate effects?

The strain rate sensitivity of any foam is not a constant value and aluminum foams are no exception to that. However, it indeed has a dependency on the rate of change in strain. In aluminum closd shell foams under ambient conditions it can vary by several orders of magnitude in nominal strain rates, viz. from 1×10−5 to 1×10−1 s−1.
