One particle composed of one evaporating and one inert material was injected into a tank.
The mass fractions of original evaporating and inert material were 0.8 and 0.2, respectively. They could be set up through Define→Injection→Component.
How to get evaporating mass fraction of a multi-component particle injected into a tank using DPM+udf in Fluent per time-step?
The macro provided in manual were not for multi-component particle.
I think, as you have defined two mass fractions in the multi-component set up and species list, you should be able to view individual species mass fractions under graphics and animation section.
You will have to write data at each flow time-step (equal to particle time-step).
Also, to plot mass fractions at particular location with unsteady spray, you may use DPM output macro and include in it mass fraction to print. This .dpm file will have time, x,y,....,species mass fraction, etc. Try with DPM OUTPUT macro.

I am using DEFINE_DPM_OUTPUT, but I can't find a macro that can specify any mass fraction of a multi-component particle.
In the manual, there is a macro "P_VFF(p)." However, it is for combusting particle.
Another macro "P_EVAP_SPECIES_INDEX(p)" would returns evaporating species index in mixture, but I didn't find any DPM macro listed in the manual required the species index.
I also found some macroes like "P_N(p)" and "p->time_of_birth" that were not explained in the manual. Therefore, maybe somewhere are the list of macroes.

I could only found cvap_surf in the manual.
In DEFINE_DPM_HEAT_MASS, cvap_surf is passed by Solver and don't need to declare.
I don't know the data type of mvap_surf.
Since it is real *cvap_surf in DEFINE_DPM_VP_EQUILIB, I tried "real *mvap_surf ; " and "real *cvap_surf ; ", but they don't work.
"real cvap_surf=0.05;" would result in a recorded constant 5e-02.
Go to the src folder present in the fluent provided to you. You will be able to see the data structure. Subsequently, you will be able declare the data type in your udf.
I only found "real *cvap_surf" in the file "udf.h."

It seems this "cvap_surf" is only applicable in certain macroes.

cphase_state_t *c = &(p->cphase); gives you the cell the particle is at.
and c->yi[gas_index]; gives the mass fraction of each species in that CELL and NOT the particle itself.
so lets say you have two component in your particle and 5 components inside your domain, c->yi[gas_index]; gives you five outputs that add to 1.
TP_COMPONENT_I(p,is) is the macro that gives you mass fraction inside each particle.
I will add an example here on how to use it:

To look in closely,
TP_N_COMPONENTS(p) gives you the total number of components inside each particle.
TP_COMPONENT_INDEX_I(p,is) gives gas index. if the component is not meant to evaporate, this gives -1.
and TP_COMPONENT_I(p,is) actually gives you the mass fraction.
