I am concerned about vertical stripes. I think it comes from the knife cutting the sample, doesn't it?
Settings of the cutting:
Cut speed: 0.1 mm/s
Retrast speed: 2.0 mm/s
The oscillations are on.

You can reduce it significantly using filters of Image J software (Process/minimum) however the contrast increases and the precision decreases.

I agree that does look very strange. I am assuming you are using the oscillating knife to reduce compression, but that looks exactly like what is happening to your section. Make sure the block and knife are clamped properly, make sure your resin is totally polymerised to reduce the compression/folding. Otherwise turn off the oscillation and cut at around 2.0 mm/s and see how you go.
