How do I analyse Vit-D3 in the presence of Vit-E succinate by rp-hplc?

I tried to separate the Vit-D3 in the presence of Vit E succinate but I'm not getting a good resolution.

Concentration of Vit-D3 : Vit E succinate is 50:250.

Suggestions are welcome.
