Hello,

I wanted to quantify some samples but noticed that my protein ladder only became visible halfway through the blot. I found it particularly strange because my sample could transfer onto the blot on the upper half. I thought this issue could therefore only be ladder related but I was wondering if anyone else has encountered this problem and why this happened.
