Hi everyone,

I need to set up a perfusion system to do live cells imaging study on the differentiated epithelial cells cultured in transwell inserts, does anyone know how to mount the insert into the chamber, and which type of chamber is recommended to use, and how can I achieve perfusion of different liquid in apical side and basolateral side?

If anyone know and could you also provide with a picture as well?
