I want to know how can I add a new equation in COMSOL Multiphysics in order to throw back the nanoparticles which are stuck to the blood vessel wall while using a magnetic filed.
I have already changed the wall condition (bounce, general reflection,... ) but the results didn't change.

Hi Mrs. Bina. your question is not clear. you must couple different physics that Fluidic module and magnetic module are amongst them. but if you need to solve an equation in your already implemented model you can use the global equations that can be added to one of your physics.
Hi, First of all your question and topic are not concided. Well anyways, the thing you have asked about throwing the particles onto the wall you need to define a perfect boundary condition for this purpose.
Talking about the equation you can use this also but need to define in the Analytical function option.

If you have a variable that is described by the physics you are solving for, and you just want to implement a custom equation for that variable, you can add a set of equations (PDEs, algebraic equations, etc.) from the physics section and use your equation to describe the time evolution and/or the spatial distribution according to your needs.

You just go in the Physics window and you select 'add physics'. Then, from the menu it appears, you select what you need (e.g. ge, etc)
In the picture below, you can see what I meant.
I needed a new variable, u2, which could describe a surface concentration, depending on variables present in tds and here treated as a source term. What was interesting is the temporal evolution of this new dependent variable, which was described with an ad-hoc PDE on the boundary.
