In CD spectra, I am getting maxima at 185nm, 205nm, 222nm. Please suggest what could be the possible reason?

In my spectra of peptide-polymer, I am getting maxima at 185nm, 205nm and 222nm whereas peptide alone showed maxima at 202nm and 225nm. what could be these peaks corresponds to? Please suggest.
