A questionnaire should not include the respondent's name for privacy purposes. So, how to carry out test retest reliability tests then? Or is there other way to test the reliability of the questionnaire?

One possible way to solve this problem is to ask the respondents to use an alias. They write an alias on the questionnaire the first time, and when you invite them to fill out the questionnaire the second time, you can ask them to use the same alias. This way you can pair the questionnaires that belong together. Maybe this is not the best way, perhaps others have better ideas, but it could work.
