A pilot scale reactor was built, however its capability in processing the tire chips continuously (constant feeding and expulsion) remains unknown.
(1) How can I quantify such process (without any sensors)?
(2) Is there any study carried out ANALYSING continuous process? What are the types of analysis?
I highly recommend that you use one of the following chemical engineering process design software to simulate the continuous pyrolysis process.
1) HYSYS software
2) AspenPlus software
You can download trial versions of these software from AspenTech.com
The simulation will conduct mass and energy balances for the entire process and calculate the feed required and products generated from the pyrolysis process.

As Prof Khalil said you can use a steady-state simulation package such as Aspen-Plus. However, you can't simulate the pyrolysis process using only one unit in Aspen Plus. You have to use several units including Yield reactor and heat exchangers to interact these units together to represent the given process.
