How can I watch pollinators in night, such as moths? Do I need a night vision goggles?

I have watched pollinators pollinate my plants in the daytime, but how can I do it in the middle of the night? I dont think I can use a light otherwise unwanted insects may be attracted as well. Please give me some advice if you have ever had a similar experience. If I need night vision goggles and you have used them before, please tell me what goggles you used and where I can get them from. It will be excellent if I could take photos.
