Thanks a lot for the nice link. I have saved it for future use. Actually I am working in Panel data where Pooled Mean Group is used. Not exactly Fixed Effects model but something closer.I am not an expert in this area. Any link on step by step PMG with pre and post tests along with interpretation would be beneficial.
