Dear RG members, I want to separate silver nanoparticle bound phytochemical from unbound phytochemical during green synthesis. I have tried various RPMs like 5000, 10000, 18000 etc. but at 5000 it appears it won't separate, later at 10000 and 18000 RPM it seems they are partially separated. I want to know are there any other methods for separation?
After centrifugation washed your nanoparticles with ethanol 2, 3 times. You will get phytochemicals unbounded nanoparticles
You should do ultracentrifufation and then wash the pellet for two to three times with water. By this you will able to get purified silver nanoparticles.

I do not know much about this subject. But, you may try the solubility analysis using various solvent. You may centrifuge your phytochemical in which they are highly soluble. It might separate your bound nano-particle by sediment them. This might be work only, when your bound nano-particle have no any solubility with that solvents.
