How can I reconfigure Thermofisher NGS Ion S5 System?

We've got an Ion S5 System (Thermofisher NGS System) at our lab, but suddenly we lost the SSD's (for electrical problems) and now we need to re-install the ubutnu (server and client) and all other related software, but there is no thing on the net to download and installing the system, as I think thermofisher is using a modified version of linux on this machine.

I'd be happy if you share your knowledge about this system and the process of installing server and client sides on this machine.
