I have experience of using northern blot to quantify the expression of a gene through its mRNA accumulation. However, is there any method to quantify mRNA without using radioactive materials? Please suggest the simplest methods. Thank you in advance.
Quantitative RT PCR (please see the protocol in the attachment) is one reliable option.

Some companies offer transcript quantification by RNA sequencing. This is quite costly but the method of choice if you are interested in transcript levels of a great many genes.
As Chris mentioned Q-RT-PCR, companies like Lifetech, they offer On-demand probe sets for expression analysis, certainly using SYBR green is fine as well. If you would like to test small amount of RNA, you also can try Digital-PCR or SMART for RNAseq
Thank you all for your help. I focus on identifying the expression level of a single gene. So, I think RT-PCR could be a good choice.
