Cysteine solubility has been discussed previously here:

It is important to realize that cysteine will oxidize, so this solution be prepared just before it is to be used.

Add 350mL dH2O into baker

add 2.7g of Na2HPO4 (Mw:120g/mol) and adjust pH 7.0

add 0.545g of L-Cyteine (Mw:121.16 g/mol)

Fill up to 450mL of End. Volume with dH2O.
