I am currently working on a project which requires me to perform RNA-RNA docking, I have already tried using RNA docking web servers such as Patchdock, HNADock, NPDock, etc., but haven't been able to receive satisfactory results. I read in another discussion, about using Autodock or Autodok Vina for this purpose, and tried using that as well, but that was on no use either since both those softwares are built for Protein-ligand docking.

I have exhausted all the options I knew to perform this docking. Can anyone please guide me further on what to do. I am open to using linxOS based softwares as well.

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
