I did some SPR experiments in another lab, but now that I am back in my own lab we do not have a biacore instrument and thus neither the software. Can anyone please recommend a software to just view the results files? I do not need to produce any data, I just want to be able to see the result file with the responses and the time. Thanks !
Simplest option is to ask the lab to export the original files to text or excel format. Then you have the time - reponse pairs.
Hello Engi, I just see that you are a the University of Marburg. This is one of the larger universities in Germany and I am convinced there are more groups with a Biacore around. Have you checked with other departments, if they could help you?
