I had something very small, round shaped, motile but not able change position particles within my cell culture (U2932, Granta 519).
I have never seen them before and don’t know what it is and how it came into my culture? I used media without any antibiotics in it.

Looking at the image I think they are cell clumps. They may be all dead or some live cells in the clump attached to the flask. Sometimes cells grow out of it, if few cells are alive.
sometimes you get precipitates with fetal calf serum often they look quite like crystals but it can be clumps of precipitated protein. If it isn't growing then you should be OK. However, with mycoplasma infections you sometimes get funny vesicles spat out from cells so it is worth testing for mycoplasma just to be sure.
