I am trying to investigate a synergic effect of one compound with another drug. I do not know how to enter fixed dose of one compound with four different doses of another compound.
EX: Drug 1 IC50= 5uM (I need this dose as a fixed dose)
Drug 2 IC50= 10uM and serially diluted 3 folds, 1uM, 0.1uM and 0.01uM
I need to combine the drug 1 fixed dose without dilution with the drug 2.
When I enter the data, I enter drug 1 concentrations with it's effect and then for drug 2, I only have one dose which is the IC50. However, the software asks me to enter another data for drug 2?
Also, when I entre data for the combination, I fixed the drug one concentration but it seems there is something wrong.
Any suggestion?
