Looking for help regarding thiol-ene or azide-alkyne click reaction?

Recently, I am working on a project in which i need to attach an aptamer with the COF. The COF has a functional group (ene or yne) and the aptamer has thiol or N3 group. However, due to some reasons I am unable to attach the aptamer with the COF. I would appreciate if someone can help me this problem.

Note: My system cannot use harsh conditions or multiple steps. I am looking for a single step method.
