Hello everyone, I need your help, I prepared Chitosan nanoparticles using biosynthesis, but I face a big problem I cannot dry them, because I do not have a freeze drying technique. Actually I dried them at 100 C but I think the hot drying affected on its properties. What Can I do?

And then you can dry at Room temperature. We use this technique in our research all the time

you place Chitosan nanoparticles into fifty per sent ethanol 2h then discard solution and place those particles to seventy per sent ethanol 2h then discard solution and place those particles to 90 per sent ethanol 2h and so on ....
