Make sure the stack up and the PDK mapping between the simulators are identical. A small error will have consequences. I would start with the simple DC solutions first, do they agree?

Did you compare the DC solutions of each PDK, are they the same?

Add the DC simulation palette. It is obvious if you use different PDKs, the results would be different. You can follow the warning message and do the required changes by going to the simulation setting.
