Simply dissolve desired amount of casein in buffer and incubate the tube with occasional shaking at 37 degree C for at least an hour. This completely dissolves casein powder.

Hi, Casein perfectly is dissolved in alkaline buffers. SO, I sugegst to use pH 9 or 10 to dissolve for 2 hours at 35 C then decreased the pH as desirable. Please note you must use a buffer with the lowering capability.
