Re perform PCR reaction on the same first one for genotyping?

I performed genotyping analysis. Some samples give a result of one SNP but didnt give a result for another SNP. Note, these SNPs are performed at the same plate (same condition).

Depending on the specificity of taqman genotyping assays. Can I store the pcr product of the first time then reapply pcr to these reaction tubes that didnt give a result at the first time?
